Don’t review TOO quick!!

I sent in a 4 star review before my luggage made it to its final destination! Now I have to change it to a 3 star because the luggage lost two of its feet during transit on the ainline and now has metal screws sticking through the case. Please let me know how to replace the missing feet. I can send a picture but did not see a place to add one.
