My package(s) show delivered but I haven't received them
In situations where the package has been delivered by FedEx but you haven't received it, please call FedEx immediately to report the issue and open a Delivery Dispute to locate the packages. Afterwards, please email us at info@dukapgear.com to notify us of the issue.
