Shipping policy

-Your order ships from Florida, so you can expect your order to arrive between 1-5 days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Please see your location in the map below for specific transit times to your destination.
 

- If you place an order before 1:00 pm EST time, we'll ship it that same day.

- Free Shipping and Free returns in the US ( only applies to orders within continental US states).

- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items returned in brand new condition. Products must have all of its parts, hangtag, plastic protectors and arrive in a box.

- Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery. 
Items sent back with signs of wear will be returned to sender. 

- Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed. 

- We offer free returns on US orders ( within Contiguous USA) that consist of 2 items or less.
International orders: Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs, any tariffs, import duties, or any fees incurred for importing. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange. 

*ALL International buyers are responsible for import taxes / duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned*
