Terrible quality

I loved the looks of this luggage which is why I purchased it. The “first” set I ordered arrived and the medium suitcase had a dent in the corner. This didn’t happen during shipping as it was inside the large suitcase. I contacted customer service and was pleased with their response as they immediately sent a replacement. I was however very concerned about the quality and how it would stand up during travel if it could dent like that and it just didn’t seem sturdy. The first trip, the inside zipper broke twice and when I got home and was strolling the large piece across my carpet, I noticed it was not gliding smooth. I laid it on the side and noticed a huge crack all around one of the wheels and a huge dent in one of the corners. I contacted customer service again and their response was that they do not cover cracked luggage. Cracked, dented or otherwise damaged suitcase shells are deemed mishandling damage caused by excessive force. Seriously??? I’ve had luggage sets for over 10 years that I’ve used probably 100 times that are still in great shape. This material is thin and very poor quality. It retails for $500, I paid just over $200 and that’s $150 too much. Imagine spending $200 for luggage that can’t last one trip? Oh, they did offer to send me a replacement for $45 after I complained about their initial response. This luggage is not worth the $45 and I’d be afraid to travel with it for fear that my clothing would end up falling out in my travels. I rarely, if ever, take the time to do a review but this is the worst purchase and customer service experience ever.
I wish I could share the pictures. Definitely do not recommend.

Almost perfect

These bags are great. Gave 4 stars because they don't expand, only thing missing. I chose this set because the carryon has the outside pocket. It is hard for me to close though, because it did not have the expansion zipper. Other than that, I love the material and lightness

BEST Suitcases EVER!!!

We received these bags off our wedding registry and they are AMAZING! We travel A LOT and all bags have withstand numerous flights. I am VERY impressed. They glide very easily too. Also, I am queen of overpacking haha and the two large bags can fit a lot without being over weight which is so nice! Highly recommend.
