    I purchased the Rodez luggage set as a gift for my daughter. It arrived the very next day in perfect condition but the color was not what I expected. I had ordered the rose gold, but it was defiantly dark pink. It took a few tries, (no response to my original emails so I ended up calling a few times) but when I finally got someone she was very pleasant and helpful. I was emailed a RA label, sent it back, and the refund was in my account within 3 days! I think that’s awesome for any time of the year let alone the Christmas rush. It is very well made, beautiful luggage. I will shop with them again.

    Products are well made and roomy. However, the customer service tops all. The product I ordered was out of stock. They asked me personally, no email or texting back and forth, to let me know. When they asked if another color was okay and I said no, they worked with me to find another set in my color, for the original price and even added the features from the first set. On top of that, my order shipped that same day and arrived quickly. Thank you Maureen Taylor for an excellent experience. Buy from Dukap, you won't be disappointed!
