Extremely POOR quality suitcase - DO NOT BUY

I am going to save you a lot of trouble - simply put, DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY DUKAP CASE. I ordered one and it arrived dented from the shipping process. This was replaced by customer service. I took the 28" replacement on its first voyage to London. When we got there, of 4 large hardcase suitcases check, it was the only one damaged with the bottom corner completely broken off and wheel assembly gone with it. I am being completely honest here and I simply cannot blame the airline for this. By the time we got back, it was scratched and banged up and was looking like a 10 yr old suitcase. The construction is poor quality, the plastic material is flimsy and dents with minimal force, and the suitcase cannot withstand ordinary airline or any travel. Wheel inserts had all snapped off and suitcase cannot be used EVER again. It is going straight to the dumpster. I wasted my money on this. Don't be like me - buy a Samsonite and thank me later. I have pics but will have to find where else to post them on the internet for the sake of the public.

Smooth travels

I needed to replace a very old piece of luggage & chose this one. I like that it's lightweight and moves with ease, even on carpet. It's roomy with one side having straps that clip to hold your stuff in place. The other side has a fabric cover that zips closed & has zippered slots on the outside. The zippers are smooth all the way around. I like the combination lock, not only for security reasons but also to secure the zipper pulls. If they were dangling, they would probably be knocked off during travel. TSA has a universal key to open it up if your luggage is chosen to be searched & hopefully they will reinsert the zipper pulls. I used it recently for a weekend trip & it held everything, including a pillow, blanket (one the one side), CPAP machine, toiletries, & clothes (on the other). I can't wait to use it when I travel during spring break!
